TOC and MBO
只有当在企业的瓶颈环节提升了多少效率时,企业整体效率才会提高多少。在非瓶颈环节所进行的改善,对企业整体收益的贡献基本为零。
基于所识别的瓶颈,确定改善目标/指标。改善目标应符合“SMART” 原则:Specific (具体成果)、Measurable (可测量)、Achievable (可达成)、Realistic (符合现实)、Time-bound (时限)。
TOC, Theory of Constraints, or “Bottleneck Management”. Only by improving the efficiency of the bottleneck can the holistic efficiency of the enterprise improve. In other words, the improvements done for the non-bottleneck are useless for the holistic efficiency of the enterprise.
Targets or goals should focus on the bottleneck identified, and should be established in a SMART way, Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound.
